Non-Exempt "Hourly Status"
Reports to: Dump Truck Fleet Manager
Job Purpose:
This position safely operates company dump trucks and abides by DOT safety
regulations
Responsibilities:
Operate dump truck in a safe and timely manner
Get out and check for unsecured objects after loading and unloading
Help out on jobsite, if needed
Move equipment, as needed
Keep log books up to date and accurate
Report any issues/scheduled service on trucks
Conduct pre and post trip inspections
Be a Team Player and help co-workers, when needed
Communicate with Job Site Managers on needs
Keep track of hours, loads, tons and/or yards on daily paperwork
Work in a steady & safe pace
Make sure Company equipment is kept clean (inside and out) and in good working order
Other duties may be assigned
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or GED is required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Dump Truck
Valid Driver’s License (Class A/B CDL)
Experience in DOT rules and regulations

Sitting for up to 8 hours and standing and walking for up to 4 hours
